Refund Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Returns are eligible for exchanges, cash refunds or store credit in the form of a Lanoboo gift card.
  • All online returns are subject to a fee if you choose a cash refund. Items worth $24.00 or more will incur a fee of $14 per item, while items worth under $24.00 will be subject to a $8 fee per item. However, if you opt for store credit in the form of a Lanoboo gift card equal to the value of your items, the return fee will be waived.
  • If approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be sent out in the next shipment. If approved for a refund, the amount paid will be credited to the customer’s original form of payment within up to 10 business days. Timing may vary based on the customer’s financial institution.
  • Original shipping costs, along with any additional fees for services such as "Shipping Protection," "Skip the Line," or similar, are non-refundable as these services have already been rendered upon delivery to the customer’s address.

Return Terms

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags, returned in their initial packaging to qualify for a return.
  • We disclaim liability for return packages lost or stolen during transit. Retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when dispatching returns.
  • We do not accept return drop-offs at our Distribution Center or corporate headquarters.
  • Refunds may be withheld until the returned items are received if credible concerns of potential fraud arise.


Return Instruction

In your email, please provide the following information:

  • The product(s) you wish to return.
        - Your order number.
        - Indicate if you would like:
            - A cash refund (subject to a $8 or $14 fee per item),
            - A store credit with no fee, or
            - An exchange free of charge.
  • And a detailed explanation of why you wish to return the item.

 

Gift/Bundle/BOGO with Purchase

  • If you are returning an order that includes a gift/bundle/BOGO please include the gift item with your return.
  • If the gift/bundle/BOGO is not returned, the retail value of the gift item may be deducted from the return amount.
  • In case of a (partial) return of a BOGO order, the retail value of the BOGO will be automatically deducted with half the value from the actual paid product - if the returning order contains only one product of BOGO.

 


Holiday Returns

  • Items received between November 1st and December 1st may be returned until January 15th of the following year, subject to order eligibility and the rest of this Return Policy.

 

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In case of a lost parcel, Lanoboo will conduct an investigation process with your carrier. Please contact our customer service team within 5 business days.
  • Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days of the original delivery date. Please note, that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
  • If you have received an incomplete order, please contact our customer support team within 4 business days after the parcel is delivered.
  • If the claim is later than the given time, we are unable to claim the investigation.
